Payment:
N&S accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. We also accept
personal checks. We do not accept starter or out of state checks. We require
proper ID.
Limited Warranty: The manufacturers’ warranties on
goods sold are in lieu of all other warranties and liabilities, expressed
or implied in law or in fact, including the Warranties of Merchantability
and Fitness for a Particular Purpose. The Manufacturer’s warranties
contained herein set forth buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the
event of a defect in goods furnished. Goods furnished that prove to be defective
while under manufacturers’ warranty period will either be exchanged
or repaired at the option of N&S Supply, according with the manufacturer’s
guidelines. Under no circumstances will N&S Supply be liable for any special,
incidental, consequential damages or services incurred.
Returns: No returns will be accepted by N&S Supply without
prior authorization. All goods should be inspected upon receipt for damages,
defects, color match and proper shipment. Installation should not be scheduled
before product is inspected. The customer must make requests for returns within
72 hours of receipt of goods and be in the possession of the original receipt.
Product must be in the original carton and be in re-sale-able condition. Return
goods are subject to a 15% handling charge. Special ordered goods are not
returnable (see the following).
Custom or Special Orders: Custom orders, which include but
are not limited to shower doors, custom vanities, custom tops, or any item
which you supply us with measurements, are not subject to cancellation and
are not returnable. Custom orders require a 100% deposit at time of ordering
(no exceptions). Special Orders, which are any items that we do not carry
in stock, require a 50% deposit and are not subject to cancellation and are
not returnable.
Code Compliance: N&S assumes no liability for products
purchased or installed that do not meet local, state or federal building codes.
Local codes vary from town to town; check with your building inspector prior
to purchasing or installation, as to permits and product approval.
Delivery: Delivery service is provided for “curbside”,
“garage side” and “inside garages” only. Driveways
and garages must be accessible and have no steps. An individual (the driver)
makes our deliveries. Payment is due upon delivery by cash or check (credit
cards must be done prior to the delivery). Special order material must be
picked up or delivered within 14 days of receipt to N&S. Minimum order
value for delivery is $100. N&S charges $50 for deliveries made by our
own trucks, and reserves the right to use other carriers when deemed necessary
or advantageous.
Cancellation: N&S will allow a 48 hour grace period (from
the time you placed your order) to cancel a special or custom order. To cancel
the order you must contact your salesperson within the 48-hour grace period.
Products can be canceled after 48 hours ONLY with manufacturer’s approval
(custom orders, which are not cancelable and not returnable, are excluded).
You will pay any cancellation or restocking fees the manufacturer charges
N&S, which can be up to 50% and any shipping charges incurred.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the same form they were
purchased. A refund will be made in cash if the original sale was paid in
cash, up to $100.00 (refunded by check via mail if over $100.00). If the original
purchase was paid for by check, your refund will be by check via mail. If
your check has cleared, refund will take approximately 2 weeks. If your check
has not cleared, refund will take approximately 3 weeks. A credit card refund
will be credited to your credit card (the same card used for the original
purchase). If it was charged to an N&S account the credit will be issued
to the same account.
